Marcus brings more than two decades of experience in international and national organisations to his role at Pacifica Global. His expertise spans development, health, care, education, and technology. With a passion for advocacy, Marcus is a leader in his field, advising clients on people and workforce solutions, and with multiple appointments to United Nations agencies and Australian Government boards and committees.

Petero Civoniceva
Director

Petero is a highly respected community and industry leader in Australia and the Pacific. With Fijian heritage, he has dedicated his professional sporting and business career to positive outcomes and relationships for families, communities, government agencies and businesses. Petero is a National Rugby League (NRL) hall of fame inductee and three-time premiership winner, and has represented Queensland, Australia, and Fiji in Rugby League.

Dr David Lakisa
Director

Dr David Lakisa is a thought leader in Pasifika team management and engagement, with more than 20 years of experience. He is of Samoan (Polynesian) heritage and is passionate about education, training, and development to improve lives, mitigate risks, and maximise opportunities for industry. Dr Lakisa has a PhD in diversity management from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School.

Troy has more than 20 years of operational and leadership experience in construction, project management, and property development. He brings proven commercial acumen and management skills to client briefs, with a passion for strengthening business, community, and strong project delivery.
